This new design is a classic dormered Cape, to be built in western Connecticut. The main level is about 1500, and uses our Standard Beamed Wall System. The center section is for the dining room, kitchen, and stairway under a Plaster and Beam Mid-Floor, and the living room with a Beamed Cathedral Roof System to the front. The left wing under a cathedral Plaster and Accent Beam Roof System is the mudroom/entry, with a half-bath, pantry, and mini-office that connects to the two-car garage (not included). A master bedroom suite is in the right wing under a cathedral Plaster and Accent Beam Roof System with collar ties. Upstairs under a Beamed Cathedral Ceiling is about 750, where there is an additional bedroom suite and a loft that looks down onto the living area below. The full-height basement level is currently designed for storage and utilities, and includes a laundry room at the bottom of the stairs and bulkhead access to the outside.
