The mud room is attached to a two-car garage with storage above. The top level has two more bedrooms and a bath, as well as a loft that looks down onto the dining and living space below. The 1632 walkout basement level (not included) is home to an additional bathroom, a large family room and utility/storage space. Most designs can be adapted to add or remove walkout basements, garages, porches, etc., as desired (framing materials by owner/contractor).
