This project is a classically styled 3000 sq. ft. home. The main level of about 2000 s.f. has a center section with a cathedral entry, a dining room, and living room with a fireplace and cathedral ceiling. A 26’x10’ screen porch looks out onto the backyard. The left side is a master bedroom suite with a cathedral ceiling, a large master bath, and a study/guest room. To the right is a full bath, laundry room, mud room, pantry and the kitchen, and a two-car garage off of the mud room (garage materials not included). Upstairs (approx. 1000 s.f.) there is a bedroom on each side, and a central exercise area loft that looks down onto the living room and main entry areas below. The basement level is currently designed for utilities and storage. Most designs can be adapted to add or remove walkout basements, garages, porches, etc., as desired (framing materials by owner/contractor).

The standard price includes our Beamed Wall System, Plaster and Beam or Beamed Mid-Floor System (same package price) and our Plaster and Accent Beam Roof System. The entry porch is our Beamed Porch System, while the screen porch is our Liner Porch System with a flat ceiling. The walkout garage is not included in the above pricing.

Depending on framing options you select, the price could be lower or higher. This price is valid through 2017; prices generally increase about 2-3% per year after pricing date. Walkout basements and/or garages can typically be added to any home, but are not included in our initial price (whether drawn on plans or not). Prices are based on engineering requirements of up to 90 mile per hour wind speed, up to 65 pound snow load, and low seismic activity zones. Our packages can be adapted for higher ratings; this may result in a higher price. Pricing errors on our site are rare, but a price change for your package may be required if a mistake is found.
