1. Under construction exterior view

Here is a custom home based on our Country Classic Series. The main level of about 1300 s.f. houses the living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath, as well as a master bedroom suite. The bumpout is for the mud room, pantry and laundry area. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a loft area that looks down onto the living space below. This area is about 750 s.f. of living space. The walkout lower level has a third bathroom and utility and storage space. The remainder of the basement expanse is a flexible use area that could be a family room, library, media room, etc.

For information about total costs, click here.
The standard price includes our Beamed Wall System, Plaster and Beam or Beamed Mid-Floor System (same package price), our Beamed Roof System over living and loft, and our Plaster and Accent Beam Roof System over the remainder. The entry porch is our Liner Porch System. The walkout level (daylight basement) is not included in the above pricing.

Depending on framing options you select, the price could be lower or higher. This price is valid through 2017; prices generally increase about 2-3% per year after pricing date. Walkout basements and/or garages can typically be added to any home, but are not included in our initial price (whether drawn on plans or not). Prices are based on engineering requirements of up to 90 mile per hour wind speed, up to 65 pound snow load, and low seismic activity zones. Our packages can be adapted for higher ratings; this may result in a higher price. Pricing errors on our site are rare, but a price change for your package may be required if a mistake is found.
