This custom home was designed for guest and large family entertaining near a variety of ski resorts. The main level has over 1,500 sq. ft. of living space, which includes a large study/guest room wing (could easily be converted to a master bedroom), a kitchen/dining room wing, and a large enty and great room with a fireplace in the center section.  Numerous patio doors give easy access to the outdoors. Upstairs is a loft overlooking the living space below, and two large master bedroom suites. If your builing lot is sloped, a lower level/walkout could be added as was done for this home for additional bedrooms, entertaining areas, and/or storage.  Please note that the cost of our package could be significantly reduced with a different windows/door schedule, as patio doors and custom arch windows are particularly expensive.  There are also complicated trusses over the great room that could be simplified that woudl also help reduce the price.

Depending on framing options you select, the price could be lower or higher. This price is valid through 2017; prices generally increase about 2-3% per year after pricing date. Walkout basements and/or garages can typically be added to any home, but are not included in our initial price. Prices are based on engineering requirements of up to 90 mile per hour wind speed, up to 65 pound snow load, and low seismic activity zones. Our packages can be adapted for areas beyond these requirements, but the changes may result in a price increase. Pricing errors on our site are rare, but a price change for your package may be required if a mistake is found.
