Overview

Your deposit is applied in full toward the material package price. This stage provides preliminary floor plans and elevation plans, and their revisions/modifications requested by the purchaser and acceptable to Habitat Post & Beam design/engineering. Revisions are at no extra cost.

Details

1. Preliminay plans for your design:
Plans will include floor plans and elevations (these plans are normally required by lending institutions and zoning/planning board approvals).

2. Plan revisions/modifications:
A reasonable number of preliminary plan revisions/modifications requested by the purchaser and acceptable to Habitat Post & Beam design/engineering will be made at no additional cost.

3. Guaranteed price:
The published Habitat Post & Beam pricing in effect upon receipt of your deposit will be modified for added/deleted materials in accordance with requested plan changes. The buyer is then guaranteed against any price increases, assuming the Engineering Deposit or Contract is executed within 30 days of this Design Deposit, and package delivery or payment in full occurs within 90 days of signed contract. 120 day price protection is assured.
