The following pictures show the building process with
a precision-engineered and pre-manufactured Habitat Post & Beam package.
1. The pre-manufactured components are delivered by
tractor-trailer after the foundation is poured.

2. Floor joists are installed on the foundation, then the erection
of the Habitat Post & beam frame begins.

3. The post and beam frame is completed for the entire
structure
|
4. Pre-manufactured, numbered wall sections with pre-built door
and window openings are placed between posts.
|
5. Pre-bonded Dow(r) Stryofoam insulation and plywood is
applied.

6. The roof is assembled, windows and doors are installed, and the
siding and trim is applied. |
